If you experience problems with uploading from the app, please read the following guide on how to proceed. The problem might occur due to limited internet access or the number of pictures connected to the report.
Check the upload status by clicking the Cloud icon in the top right corner.
This will show how many updates to the inspections are still waiting to be uploaded.
Whenever the app has internet access, it will attempt to upload data.
We have the following advice to make upload as smooth and efficient as possible:
Leave the Qarma app open on the phone
If you use the phone for something else, it might take away resources from the Qarma app.
Make sure you are connected to either Wifi or 3G/4G/5G
If you switch from one connection to another, it might help restarting the app by swiping it and opening it again.
Under all circumstances: do NOT delete the app from the phone or log out!
As mentioned before, the app will attempt to upload data whenever it has internet access.
