How to find the Export tab
On the Qarma Website, click on your Username and click on “DATA EXPORT”.
By doing so, you would access the following view.
For exporting inspections, you have the following options:
Dates
This will give you the option of filtering if the inspections are either scheduled for inspection, but also when the inspection has finished.
Status
In Qarma we have 3 types of statuses.
- Planned: Inspections that has not been performed or started.
- In progress: The inspection is ongoing, and the inspector has started to fill out information regarding quality.
- Report: This is the finished inspection, as the inspector has set his conclusion.
By filtering in this, you would be able to only get reports out in your Excel file if following has been set.
Additional data
In this field you have the option of selecting either checkpoints or defects, however both options may be applied.
- Checkpoints: By applying this to your export, you will get a separate sheet with information regarding what the statuses of the checkpoints are.
- Defects: By applying this to your report, you will get a separate sheet with information regarding what defects were found on the inspection.
